|Recommended: YesI have been here 20 years and I am a senior citizen that is visually impaired. Everyone treats me good here. The staff takes care of my needs. Donte is a very helpful maintenance guy, and Mary in the office is very helpful.

|Recommended: YesSuper — I've lived here for over a year now and I can say I've had no major complaints. My nots, the loudness of the road but that became I face the main street. Akao the smoke smell from my neighbors that come through. Other than that, I'm well pleased living here. Maintenance is always on pointbabd the office staff gets back to younin a timely manner.

|Recommended: YesI would most likely stay here if I weren't buying a house. It's not far from the highway. I love the amount of space, and my washer and dryer. The maintenance work hard and really care about the property. I love Ms. Mary in the office. She is always so kind and sweet.

|Recommended: YesProperty Has Gotten Better — The staff at the Villas are the best and really care for their tenants. Living here going on 11 years I saw a lot of improvement especially with the quick responses from the maintenance department when you have issue with your apartment.

|Recommended: NoDifficult Move-In, Responsive Staff — I've only been here 1 week and I had a very complicated move-in. Though it took some time for the entire job to be completed, I was able to see changes as early as the next business day the follow-up from staff was daily. I'm sure I'll have more of an opinion as time goes on but as a new res, I'd just suggest having a thorough look at your unit before taking your keys. They will see to it that your issues are resolved
As for the unit, I like the space - considering I come from the downtown area.
The walls are thin - I can hear my neighbors' convos and plumbing but, it's generally a quiet community other than that.

|Recommended: YesI Love Where I Live. — I have lived here for over 5 years and I have enjoyed every moment. The staff is friendly and helpful at all times. When I had a concern it was addressed immediately. I also love the fact that I have never had any problems with rodents.

|Recommended: YesGreat Size, Great Office Team, Great Location — I've only been here for a week. it's very quiet so far. have had a few appliance issues but the office and maintenance took care of my issues quickly. The ladies in the office Gigi and Chris are very friendly and patient, and Darryl and Will on the maintenance team are very professional I know I can be a bit much . My 1 bedroom is very large compared to other properties I have been going to. The grounds look good and well maintained. The apartments are renovated so that's a plus where my building is located parking isn't always available but I can always park around the back of the building. If things stay nice i will definitely be renewing my lease.
