|Recommended: YesI can honestly say maintenance is responsive and amazing, leasing office staff also amazing. Apartments around here rarely have both good staff and maintenance so that’s a blessing. Apartments are a good size, I have noticed a mouse or two and spiders but it’s a wooded area nearby. My only other concern is the apartments are outdated and don’t match the price but that sounds like a property management issue and not an office issue.

Mary, Kymberly, Dante, and the emergency people on the after hours phone ….are the reason I stay here and call this my home …forever Thank you so much , Mary , Kymberly, Dante and the entire staff at The Villas at 4607 for making me be able to love my home Without all of you ..this could never be the very best place to live and to feel safe I love you all and appreciate you all more than you will ever know or feel
